Ms. Nisha is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist at the Chennai Institute of Learning & Development. She has extensive experience in working with adults and children over a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and adjustment difficulties. During her practice, her focus has been to enable clients by helping them inculcate a problem solving and a proactive approach to handle challenges. She has worked in multiple settings, including medical, educational, and corporate institutions where she has worked towards optimizing employee mental health and performance. She is a licensed clinical psychologist with accreditation from the RCI brings over a decade of experience working with a diverse clientele, spanning children, young adults, and adults. She graduated with an M.Phil. from NIMHANS and has previously served as a clinical psychologist at Manipal Hospital, Bangalore and at various private clinics. She has been offering online consultations to clients beyond borders. She has published a paper on ‘Emotions and Psychotherapy’, presented in many international conferences and has also been offered the SEMPRE travel grant at The National Conference on Music Perception and Cognition.
